Project overview
The Yalla Project was a standout foundation build for a luxury home in Dalton Gardens valued in the multi-million-dollar range. Referred through one of our trusted custom builders, the homeowner required a specialized tall wall foundation to accommodate a five-foot crawl space under the main floor. This presented unique structural demands that many concrete contractors avoid due to the higher risk and labor intensity.
Scope of Work
- Completed foundation walls and flat work for 11 duplexes to date, with 8 more in progress.
- Managed multiple large slab pours of 50+ yards each.
- Ensured seamless integration between foundation and flat work for long-term structural performance.
